So today I thought id fit the rear the drive shafts and hubs. Easy job, shouldn't take long......

The passenger side shaft end up being an absolute bitch. I ended up having to remove the diff, take the CV boot off, hit the joint in, refit the diff.

Next thing on the list is fitting the handbrake lines, brake lines, and bleed the brakes. After that its removing the electric powering pump and refitting the original setup and move the alternator back to its original position.

really done some quality work on this and bet you cant wait to get her finished and finally drive the car!

With regard to single throttle body over quads............like you Johnny I would like to know aswell as I may be using them myself on the Rasheen before I map it.
Ido know for fact that with the quad bodies there are variables in air pressure into the cylinders which is I believe due to the plenum design / shape so I always now try map cylinders 1&2 a little richer than 3&4 its a little tricky but is a facility on Apexi pfc and many other ecu's no doubt
you can use a laser temp sensor on exhaust headers to monitor temps as you wont obviously be getting a reading through a wideband located in the exhaust.
So like you and Chris im wondering how the single throttle bodies will compare to quad

I think the single throttle will be interesting, I would have loved to tune it with quads and then change to the single and compare the difference but oh well.

Car still has abit to do before before its back on the dyno. I just get a kick out of working on it and making progress. Dunno what Id do if I didn't have this little money pit in my life

Nice little package arrived from bob today.

Now I can put the car on the ground with my 32 gtr wheels and confirm tire size and maybe space the rears out a little. Can start putting back the standard power steering and fit the rear window trim.

Other than that it's depressing not having enough time to work on it lately.

Lol no timescale while I still enjoy working on it and never driving it I'm ok with that lol

Glad bits all turned up ok Chris, always a bit iffy when going all the way to Aus but to be fair not a lost package yet most of the lost ones are uk based which says it all really

So finally put the car on the ground today with the new wheels and suspension, it got me really excited

Its in need of a serious wheel alignment since Ive fitted the adjustable rear end and new inner rods/ rack ends. I tried a home wheel alignment with string today but it doesn't look right. I cant drive the car until its dyno'd with the new ECU, so gotta get the alignment good enough just for the Dyno.

I was also going to fit new propshaft support donuts today but when I started looking at it was a bigger job than I thought so probably leave that for another time lol

Something I have always wondered brake horse power do the Aus dyno measure in kangaroo and you pay with dingo dollars ?
