Oil drain for 3071r on standard manifold

What are people using to make up the oil drain for a 3071R on the standard manifold?

I need a drain flange and a fitting for the block.

for the flange but not sure of the neatest way to go from there as there isn't a lot of space.

Unfortunately the original flange and block fitting have been modified to accept a hose but the hose was so kinked it was almost closed so that's why I'm looking for a neater solution.

if your stuck short term use the hose from samco that can bend but dose not kink
