Hey fellas,

Im just trying to replace my mirrors and it requires the door cards being taken off.

I have undone all the screws and cant seem to be able to remove the card without extreme force. Also trying to remove the window winder as thats not allowing the card from being removed also.

Any help to prevent me snapping them in half would be appreciated.

Joel

Make sure all screws are out shold pop off at bottom of door work your way up and after it pops off it lifts up and unhooks from the top if that makes sense

Ye I get what your talking about as the bottom is quite loose. Only thing holding it back from being lifted up seems to be the manual window door handle.

not sure how they are fitted on these as been a long while since I had one in
but itll either have a screw behind a plastic cover on handle or if not look on inside of handle where it fits onto spline and youll see a snap ring which holds it on, open it up with a long nose pair of pliers and the winder arm will pop off

As bob says it's a snap ring that fits into 2 grooves on the handle and goes onto a splined shaft. It's a bit awkward to get into but something like a small screwdriver will be able to pop it off.
