Afternoon guys,

Ok so my ignition lock and driver side door locks work fine. The passenger side one allows the key in but not to turn and I can't even get the key fully into the boot lock!

I've been scouring the net to see if I could find a full new set instead of second hand and came across a couple of sets that might work (and are cheap!!).

Can anyone confirm if the door and boot locks from these links appear to be the same as used in our cars? From my distant hazy memory they look the same other than the ignition lock 'mount' which I know is different.
I can't see Nissan creating different locks for each and every car they produce so I'm hoping one set will fit...cheers guys Smile

I'm not quite sure mate, but I was always under the impression the B13/N14 ones were the same as the R.

As far as I know the ignition lock is only applicable to the N14
Door locks can come off several models but not if want full matched set.

Basically find a n14 breaking that still got key with it, can get key made from cylinder if needed but ups costs .
4door n14 good as rear handle plates can be used on front for lockless conversion, if find one in breakers grab the interior pull handles too as they the same and good have a n/s & o/s spare on the shelf .

Yeh the one listed as sentra sunny looks right, doors not issue it the ignition assembly that more likely have difference . B13 N13 share lot of bit so likely could be right !
Ignition assembly doesn't show to cross to B13 in parts reference .

Hmm, so the doors and tailgate locks should fit OK then, cool! I'm not entirely fussed about having a different key for ignition as long as the doors all work OK. Might just order it and give it a shot. Cheers guys, much appreciated Very Happy

**update**

Well, sorta had success fitting this kit. The boot lock on my car appears to be about 3mm bigger (on diameter) than the replacement one; bugger! Going to get an alarm fitted with boot release to sort that out. The door locks fitted perfectly with no issues. The ignition lock 'appeared' to have the same key release mechanism on the side of the barrel to the original one. I say 'appeared' because although I managed to get the key portion out of the new barrel, I couldn't get the key to come out of it (I'd read somewhere that the key had to be installed to allow the tumblers to be retrieved). I don't know if there was some springy detent type mechanism that had been disabled when I pulled it out of the lock but I couldn't get the key out regardless...until I employed the use of a sturdy screwdriver and chapping stick. I'm not saying that it definitely does NOT fit, just that my clumsy self didn't manage to make it fit Sad
I'll post up a picture of the remnants of the ignition lock when I get a chance in case its of use to somebody.
So I now have two keys for the car, all locks in the car work perfectly apart from a fooked boot lock, happy days Smile
