RO_SUNNY's fabrication, elbows, manifolds group buy

I am seeing all the payments....I can accept them right away....the money will appear in ''My account'' the next day....but paypal is putting them into an pending account for 21 days.

I have just called them and they told me that if I will complete 10 transactions without any complaints then they will unlock this and the money will be pending only for a maximum of 7 days....still sucks big time....but that;s life.

I see it now....but I didn't knew that you are from Australia:( Therefore pricing for shipping might be slightly different...

Will ask some other courier and see what's up with this!

Welding finished for 14'th elbows.

Now I will start with the cleaning process and packaging....In about a week or so they will be ready for shipping.

@Watoga....mate the 1'st shipping will be yours!!!!!!!!

The manifold will roughly cost 650 gbp shipped.

The new design will be also stock location with equal length runners.

I might also build an non equal one....but I am not sure yet!

I have a question for everybody.
Due to the fact the until now (for the 1'st and 2'nd elbows) I went for the acid dipping and then mild polishing....but I have a big problem....I can't use acid anymore because there are some toxic fumes involved.

So...I am thinking like this.

I shall blast them with baking soda and the surface finish will be like satin....something similar to this.


This is how the acid dipped and then mildly polished looks like (it's a pain )


Would everybody will accept this or not????....please tell me ASAP due to the fact that the guy that will do this for me can do it on Wednesday and after he can't do it until the 20'th of December.

I have to cut the lambda bungs now because they are too long and the sensor will not protrude enough inside the elbow (WATOGA 1 million excuses fro this one....this is the reason why I didn't sent yours)

satin finish is fine mate I wouldn't let it bother you, They will soon discolour anyway from the heat so I doubt anybody is going to give a monkeys.
