Check out this car on ebay , boost guage clocks look wrong

Just flicking through ebay and came accross this car  it's a nice motor

Now after looking at the pictures i noticed the boost guage looks weird ..  
Now my R has only been off the road a month but sure my boost guage doesn't look like the one on this car ...
Whats the deal?

It says custom boost gauge  in the description rob ....

It's coz it looks factory finish . They've done a good job

Yeah it is done really well.....and better than the oe one ....wonder what gauge was used ....
