Hi all, this is my second pulsar, 1st was hit from behind by a drunk driver and then stolen from outside my house as the alarm was knackered.

I have owned this car since may, only problem so far is the rev counter not working, I have at present got the dash out, cleaned the terminals and re-connected wires up but no joy, apart from that the car runs as it should.

I have a rolling road print out showing 325bhp, don't know if this is at the wheels, I shall have a look maybe tomorrow.

Car has BC Coilovers, front mount, straight thru exhaust, dump valve, a 3inch thingy from the manifold (not to up on engine bits) and a thing that looks like a computer that changes numbers when putting your foot on the excellerator!

Spoke to Bob today and he told me how to soften the dampening on the coilovers, I could feel every bump in the road, not too pleasant, have not tested new settings as front dash a mess at the mo.

Was going to join months earlier but kept forgetting to take pictures - have still forgot will hopefully upload soon.

Anyway hello everyone - I have joined at last.

Rev counter not working will probably be a dry joint on the circuit board ..

Didn't get round to taking any pictures, must do tomorrow....with regards to the dash, don't know how to check for dry joints, or what they are, the clock does spring about, then it works, then it gets stuck past maximum revs, as it works sometimes it seems it must be some kind of small electrical fault, but where? don't like to give up but feel I have to!

Pulsarmoley, I am from High Garrett, just north of Braintree, how about you?

Thanks for a warm welcome guys.

Three I knew about, 1 on the way to Witham from Braintree, 1 in Bocking and the other a guy who drove to Springwood Industrial Estate, first 2 were black and the last white, nothing about now tho.

Cheers Pesh.
