steph you mentioned the act clutches............well weve fitted 3 of those now for various people and they have been proven to be good clutches so I would have no second thoughts in fitting one.
however do not buy the unsprung one with solid drive plate far better as said to go with the organic type.
also make sure when ordering that you specify its for a gtir or you may get the 200sx release bearing with it (some kits come with both bearings in the box.

ok steph I have a good helix organic clutch which will handle most power your gonna throw at it
also have a genuine exedy clutch slightly more wear than the helix but lots of life left in it
or have 2 clutches which don't appear to be standard but have parguet written on them, they have 4 big uprated springs on them and lots of life left in them, both these have come from cars running 1 bar boost with no slipping.
or have the clutch flywheel single plate combo by orc which will take a lot of torque but maybe slightly overkill for your needs

the rest are all stock clutches or worn to excess
