don't suppose you have a link to that do you Leighton?
the injectors still need to be linked to some form of power and fed through a fuel rail in order to clean them properly.
just dropping them in a sonic cleaning bath of sorts is not sufficient other than making them look pretty.

Think they are more for cleaning the outside rather than cleaning internals

Whats the difference surely if the part is say open or like a tube it will clean inside and out regardless ? Lots of reviews on these smaller cheaper cleaners are quite good .

Difference is huge, ultrasonics on pro units are multi frequency & powerful enough to make holes in cooing tin foil. also the cleaning solvents are of importance & have seen at least 3 types used in stages of cleaning on real dirty injectors.
Easy enough to make a rig to flow test for matching injector sets & view spray pattern etc but real ultrasonic cleaning requires very good equipment & experience to get good results.
Average price is around £15 per injector.
