I've been wondering if oil mist can get into the cores of the top mount,? If so would it be worth cleaning it through with carb cleaner or petrol etc ?

I cleaned mine after turbo blew and filled it with oil just poured loads of petrol in it and washed it about, worked well and loads of shit came out so definitely worth doing
