Oh noooo that's not good, got no time to sort that in 2 days... Cant believe this Rolling Eyes
Is the return valve easy to check?

just spoken to a mate who teach's motor vehcle at collage. Anyway he's told me that air is proan for getting trapped at the preporting valve & its a nightmare to get rid of...
So he's told me to go out and clamp my pedal down with a piece of wood & leave it overnight so brakes are on.
That way it stands a chance of pushing trapped air back up towards the mastercylender & then tke resivuar cap off in the morning & see if theres any bubbles in there, if so obv get rid of them. So im hoping that works.

yes hes correct in what hes saying but if you have a good pedal it wont be air in there but try it as it wont do any harm.

if it does not work then pull the pipe off to the servo and make sure theres good vacuum on it. you should be able to blow through one side of the pipe but much harder to blow through it the opposite way.

if the pipes ok and assuming the new master cylinders all ok then it has to be the servo at fault unfortunately

Where abouts on the pipe is the 1 way valve Bob? is it behind inlet or near servo in eyes view?

& do I need to disconnect it at both ends & try to blow threw it & if its working I should only be able to blow 1 way?

the one way valve is about half way
pull it from the servo first and put your thumb over the end to make sure its pulling good vacuum. if so then pull it from the manifold and try blowing through it back towards the servo with pipe disconnected ...........it should be very difficult to blow through.

il try one I have off at the workshop tomorrow for you

will be better to fit it before you leave gaz to make sure as you don't wanna be caught out with crap brakes at the speeds we will be doing.
if it is that there must be someone local to you who can lend you one and il give you another on Wednesday to give back to them if it works

give me a bell tomorrow, got a mega busy day so if I don't answer then leave a message on voicemail and il call you back fella

Yeh true, got a mate down the road with an R so ill try his.

Ahhh another thing is when I was bleeding brakes with engine running I noticed as I was pumping the pedal the engine was hunting a little & sending my AFR's on wideband up quite abit.
Now that sounds like a vac issue to me? what you think?

it could be the pipe/valve or it could be a leak in the servo itself
lets try the simple thing first and keep fingers crossed its that

Hi mate right I had same problem I've got the best solution ever. Get new master cylinder cut away the steel pipes and run new lines off the mc to the brakes and use a proportion valve on rears. I had pirtek in harlow make them for me all you need to do is use some cable and pull it through to get the length you need and take with. You will need the calliper connection so they know what it fits. They look awesome and are so much simpler I have much more responsive breaks than before but if still sloppy it's the vacuumed drum in the engine at top left drivers side it's back and round and also check that it hasn't got a small split In diaphragm by checking there is no break fluid coming from brake pedal onto carpet. But trust me do away with abs and just use pure breaking force from pedal and fluids basically similar to touring car set up and if you fit a adjustable valve you can then tweak them to your hearts content depending what your needing at that time I have the alive next to e in the car so fancy abut of a thill tweak the up get backed all fired up lol
