Me and my mate have done the 5 stud conversion on my mates pulsar.

5 stud conversion 20200519
5 stud conversion 20200520
We welded the holes up on the rear gtir hubs and drilled the 5 stud holes in to them.
For the fronts we used rear gtir hubs and welded the holes up again.
then we milled the hubs down to the same size of the front hubs for the bearings to seat on them and them to fit correctly.
This is the only pictures I have at the moment.

Ive just edited what I put.
I got it the wrong way around lol
the front hubs don't have enough metal to drill the 5 stud holes, that's why we used the rear ones.
What hubs did you use @Woody

I was going to say was there enough meat but I hadnt looked at the stock hubs in a long time. I used stracher hubs and n16 knuckles on the front.

I was advised about the n16 hubs but we wanted to see if we could make them ourselves lol

Why do people convert to 5 stud? Does it allow better wheel options?
