Hi all, anyone know if I can use a competition clutch organic drive plate with a helix pressure plate??

Can't see why not, just visually check friction plate hub clears the cover springs to be safe .
Pending on you power and usage you may want review other options, the CC segmented sprung friction plate (stage 3) is pretty decent all rounder if running more power but still doing lot of road use .
