my turbo has been off the car for some months and will be dry of oil. should i try to get some oil into feed tube now. before i start engine. or will there be immediate oil pumped in as soon as i turn the key. just abit worried about burning it out.

Just disconnect injector balast and crank it till oil light will go out (car won't start) and then just plug it back in

How long has it been sat?

Might be worth pulling plugs out first and cranking over with plugs out .
