Air belt sander

Anyone use air belt sanders? I currently have a 330 x 10mm model and have tried alot of different brands of belts and find they last fook all before they need replacing.

I was thinking about upgrading to 520 x 20mm model.

Any thoughts?

what grit are you using? 10mm belts always came off when snagging a weld. Need a really good sander not a cheapy 20quid one. Tried 3M belts?

Ive used various grits 60,80,120. I havent heard of the 3M belts but ill be sure to check them out.
