Chances are like VAT they will bring it below £1 for a few months then raise it over 1.50 or more forever! It's a scam all the same.... Benefit for short while then screwed there after. I don't usually like the way recent government polices keep messing up British hardworking public.
Sorry for the negative post

Yeah I know what you mean, oil's half the price it was at the start of the year so their still robbing us, half the oil price should mean half the fuel price but like you said the government screws us hard unless your jobless then they are the ones that pay you out

That's why it's going down dos America arnt using so much oil due to fracking. The more countries start fracking the less oil will be used so it will enviably become cheaper.

The days when I would fill up the Evo/ Gtir/ Scooby just to go for a blast in the early to mid 2000's.
Super was 97p, unleaded was 94p.
So until that happens I will always think we will be getting shafted.

Bring prices down when it's convenient.
The holidays are coming, load of lorries and other vehicles will be off the road from the weekend till the new year. So only a quarter of the motorists will possibly benefit anyway.
Cheeky and sly government.

Whatever way you look at it it's 80% tax per liter of fuel so if 1 liter was £1 you effectively only get £0.20p worth of fuel lol.

The government will always be taxing anything that will generate high revenue, they start the wars we pay for that only benefit them, weird how that works
