I don’t do social media anymore lol think Facebook is the worst thing ever invented IMO !

Just getting my pulsar back to better health quietly but everyone has dissappeared now

Same here mate, no social media for me, feel like I miss out on seeing stuff though, hence why I still lurk on here I miss the old days on here, it was fun.

My car is just tucked away in the garage, toddler and a younger one take all my time at the moment. Im sure i will enjoy the R one day.

Social media I have Instagram to see things R related and I am on the pulsar gtir watsapp group. Miss out on so many pulsar parts etc as they all go on Facebook

It is a shame , this site was the best one most friendly and helpful no bullshit

Don’t know about Australia but things here have gone bloody expensive ! People I know can’t keep there Sunday cars on the road anymore….

Still have 2 sheds full of parts here Johnny that’s my pension pot

It was a good group of people here, easy going, say what you want, post what you want etc.

Yeah its crazy, I havent really touched my car in a few years but the second hand market has really reduced and parts are so much more expensive. I have some things taking up space and im in 2 minds about selling stuff or hanging onto it. If you sell some stuff now, unlikely to easily get it back.

Exactly woody I’m the same , I started selling some bits off but luckily I kept most back and now and in the future might be a goldmine or just very handy to keep my pulsars going …I keep looking for bog standard sunnys near me but you can’t find them anymore all rusted away

Its funny you say that, an old lady down the road has a pretty clean 4 door N14, I keep leaving notes over the years to let me know when she wants to sell!

To honest its not even the big/ expensive stuff, I was looking through boxes the other day and its anything from clips, rubbers, trim pieces that will be near impossible to find now.

Yeah and they’re all on the sunnys aswell so defo get a sunny as a donor car I had 2 , could do with another really …

yeah its good to keep an eye out on them, fair few things you can pick off them for the R's, alot of interior pieces aswell.

Now im abit older with kids, i wish I kept my R abit more standard. Its a registered 2 seater, rear half cage. Would be easier to take the family to car meets etc

Mines the same haha but nice to have a blast on your own sometimes with no passengers

It’s easy to go to far where they become less enjoyable. Couple of mine I kept the power down but just nice to jump in and drive less hassle and worry means more useage
