Hi.I recently acquired a set of 560cc injectors. Can I use them with the factory ecu?

with a daughter board or piggy back ecu mapped for it yes . without that no as standard ecu map injector pulse values will result in way too much fuel with 560cc fitted .

You can use any ECU you please, provided the scaling is for 560cc injectors.
