RWYB- Nissan Barbecue Meet - Santa Pod- Sun 14/05/17

Date for your diaries - Santa Pod- RWYB and Nissan / Barbecue Meet - Sunday 14th May 2017. If you're coming from far they have camping from Saturday 13th May.
Let's please make this a Nissan only meet.
Gives us time to get cars ready or at least half decent...If you don't want to RWYB you don't have to as it will be a Nissan Car meet too.

Are we sorting our own tickets out?

Yes pay for your own entry at gates or online,
I am sure we can sort some kind of multi stand but it will be various Fast Nissan's N14/ N15/ 200sx/ Primera etc...

We'll try to bring both cars for this

Need you to help with organization mate...
I have organized a few big meets in the past but would possibly need some of your help. Food, stand etc..

Nissan Day. Will be making this event official very soon and set up an event page. Just a few more things to confirm first. So start getting your cars ready. Just under 4 months to go, and trust me it will come fast.

Called the pod today, they are fine with our meeting.
Just going to complete their club stand form and will finalise the details in the next week or 2.
Going to be big, strictly Nissan Power, mainly Sunny/ Pulsar/ Almera/ Primera models.

If you want to make a weekend of it camping is available from the 13th May Sat evening. See official Santa pod website for more details.

Sat info- The track is open from 9.30am-8pm (weather and track conditions permitting) with catering and bar facilities. Camping is included for those wishing to stay over for our Nissan Day/ Barbecue and Sunday Run What Ya Brung.

Bump up.i am in the background hoping these hotels come to a end so I can get on with prepping the car but it's not looking good

Just putting my R back together. So hopefully if all goes to plan it should be ready in the next few weeks so I will be there.

Hope you can make it. Been fixing small bits on my car today as well.

Excellent. I don't have much more to do now. Mostly just tidying up pipe work and bleeding brakes etc. It'll be nice to meet everyone.
