I dropped Toms alloys off at this place to be repainted and when i came to collect them they left me waiting for fucking ages and in the end i had to drive back to work.
Rearranged if for this afternoon and i was totally  stunned at how inept the monkey was who fitted the wheels.
1. He didnt hand start any nuts,  
2. He just fucking gunned in the first nut all the way, slightly tilting the wheel,
3.  he then gunned in the 2nd nut into the tilted wheel and totally jammed the thread!  
4. Instead of backing off, he keeps the fucking impact gun going trying to tighten it down.      

Jesus fucking wept, i told him to fucking stop and back it out and long storey short 1 stud is totally stripped and 3 nuts are fucked.
I will be taking this further,
Do not fucking use this company,

What did the manager say?

Manager wasnt there, i tried to ring him but got no answer.
Ill be popping back over the weekend with the repair bill.

The manager text me this morning, (hasnt got the balls to phone)
Says according to his 'team' the threads were just dirty, they cleaned them up and the nuts went in fine by hand and "i was happy"!!!
So im a fucking liar and the photo is a fake!
I pointed out that maybe his 'team' are lying to him because they messed up and i requested he comes out to see for himself.
Heard nowt back and to be honoust i dont expect to.
Ive delt with cowboys like this before and i know exactly how to waste their time and money.
Ill have the last laugh, i always do      

That's bullshit, some people are just useless and dumb. Shouldn't be holding a tool little lone touching it on someone elses car.
