What's this rep points business

I've noticed a little feture been added to the forum that I hadn't realised lol
How do I give somebody a rep point? I was supposed to give Johnny one for helping me out but never did lol. It's a good feature though because people have helped me out with little bits here and there in the past and I think it's good that we can now give them a rep point, I just need to figure out how you do it

Right hand side of the post, there's a little + and -.

on right hand side of each post there is a plus and a minus, click on the plus for good rep. I think that's it anyway ha.

Yeah a negative will deduct a point and no you cant see who has given you a rep point unfortunately
