Anyone know if a sr20 out of a 200sx runs the same crankshaft as a GTIR. Or any info on were I can get a shaft that will take a .25 grind in good condition?

No other sr20 runs same crank, it specific to the 54c used in the R
Having said that a 53j crank could be used if you had to, 19mm rods fit so you use standard R bearings for mains(better oiling)/bigends (19mm). You would also have to use 14mm bolt flywheel or machine 53j to 17mm bolt holes.
Best bet is indeed another 54c crank, 25 grind is no bother & generally better when using acl bearings as allows a good machine shop the opportunity to set you clearance bang on a range you specify .. without a grind & just polished you running on luck mainly along with juggling shells to make best of situation across all journals as not huge amount you can do as acl don't supply sizes like nissan.
