When bulk up over winter in the gym I have consumed up to 10,000 calories a day but not.all junk food, 5000 of it is 1000 calorie mass gaining shakes but the sugar is sky high, then the rest is probably 2500 good calories from chicken and pasta or steak and potato, then the other 2500 is usually junk food, maybe an 18inch pizza or whatever tickles my pickle but usually eat enough for 3 or 4 people!

Really! It's crumbed chicken breast toped with Napoletana sauce, ham and cheese. So damn good

Yeh I think it like a small supermarket chain, seen it in Scotland, never used one though & assume outlets get thin more south you go. Think may have online shopping ability a bit like tescos !?

Southerners not welcome ha ha similar to Iceland just smaler and lots of freezer and other foods cheap which is the big bonus

Ok so were all eating this what sweet tooths are out there caramel fudge toffee. Pavilova , cakes all spring straight to mind colder days custard n jam rolly polly, creamy rice pudding mmmm

^ Mmm my sisters ex was a chef & use to get catering strawberry cheesecakes, man they were good & being free made them taste better & slices could be bigger :-D
will be having a thai banana egg pancake tonight as sweet treat :-P let my masaman settle first though .

i visit california a lot as i have relatives in San Diego - the yanks do great hot wings - i know they deep fry everything but that buffalo sauce and the blue cheese dip......amazing

I have a really good recipe at home - really simple - you add a few spices to flour coat wings - re-coat - fry in oil and then coat in sauce - i use Franks - they do a hot sauce or buffalo - happy to share if you want it

Oh yes please do share the recipe

Im not to into cakes. I like doughnuts and lions ginger cake and quite partial to a black forest gateaux
