Can you still get the gas struts that hold the hatch back open, or is there a strut off another car that will fit? I'm getting fed up of using my head as a boot break cant fix it

Was going to say working second hand as there always a clean new looking part anyway. Tein custom make them for well over a hundred quid and thats just bonnet size lol

Mine are only weak in the winter, in the summer they are fine. weird nissans Very Happy

Can get these from local motor factors, same as N14 hatch, think kilan brand did them via my motor factors.
Also search google for SGS Engineering as they use to do a lot of boot struts & sure they done them for N14 Hatches.
Not that expensive new .

Hopefully this can save my poor head lol I can remember when I first got the car and it wacked me on the head when I was trying to get some shopping out of the boot bloody thing.
