What pipe connects to the side of the plenum on the right just behind the fuel regulator ???

How come fella you still having problems or think the soleniod is playing up are you going to use the stock soleniod ?

Ooooo nomad its driving me nuts no boost at all I've doubled checked the pipes there all ok even turned the boost controller off still nothing so gonna try putting it back to stock and trying that it worked before the rebuild so if it ain't the pipes fuck nose Sad

Well its worth a go mate should be able to temp plumb it in without removing to much least if its something else you wouldnt of removed it all for fook all .

True it's just mad I just wanna drive the fucker now after all the hard work starts fin pulls off fine the feels like I'm towing a lorry lol

Its defo no boost could it t going into limp mode or does it run through ok ? have you changed anything else since the rebuild ?

Also just a thought have you checked the wastegate actuator if you bent the rod or is it opening ?

All I've changed mate is piston an head gasket the car drives perfect just no boost I'll try a few things this weekend see how it gos

The only reason I can see that you wouldn't get any boost is if the wastegate is open. All the controls and vacuum pipes etc are only going to limit the boost, they can't stop it boosting altogether. If the exhaust is turning the turbo then the boost has got nowhere else to go but in to the engine. If the dump valve was open then the car wouldn't run very well at all so I agree with Nomad.

I dunno why you have had to rebuild but you said a piston was replaced.Do you think part of the old one might have gone through the turbine?That would limit your boost if it damaged the blades.
