Yes good info in that link.
Problem is suspension options for the R are bit limited unless got good budget & go custom struts or coilovers.
Trouble too is people don't put the money or effort into suspension that they should & on the R it an area that needs it.

That's getnally the same as any other car though, people go for big power figures with no suspension work to put the power to the ground. The age of these cars also add an extra cost of replacing various bushes etc.

Very informative to those who wish to learn more about what does what exactly

However their are too many variables to take into consideration with regard to suspension and setup's
What may work on the road would certainly not be adequate on a track. Then you have different tracks, some are very fast with long fast bends others have a series of tight bends and all require different set up for car to be competitive. Same applies to a different setup again for rallying, sprints and hill climbs
The nurburgring ring is a fine example for a good fast road setup as has a bit of everything which is why many high performance car manufacturers use this as a testing ground in terms of r&d prior to releasing a new model.

Also what may be a brilliantly set up car for one driver could be a drive from hell for another as people's driving styles can be very different so require different handling characteristics to suit.

So in a nutshell.........there is no answer as to whether good or not and its something only you can find out yourself through trial and error, but the info supplied in that link is top notch if you want to take the time to learn about what does what, very interesting but very complex too
