That pipe on mine is linked down to the big pipe on the bottom left - but yours doesn't seem to have the connection for it.

Yea helps alot mate I have a small stubby elbow pipe that's not connected but it don't seem long
Enough to go on it but your right yours looks different to mine

Block it off, then put more water in and where the water comes out will be where the other end of the pipe should connect...
