oil change

how much oil roughly does it take to fill the R after a oil filter change? im got around 4L
going to use around 2L of the fuchs titan race pro s 5w-40 and around the same amount of silkolene pro s 10w-50 would it harm the motor using the 5w-40 and 10w-50 as i was going to just get rid of whats in the bottles and for next service use just fuchs titan race
they are both ester oils didnt know whether would make any difference or cause any problems combining the two and whether i have enough

its 3.9 liters to fill a R i always use Fuchs Titan 10W 50

not sure if its ok to mix different oils though

ill have to for the moment as its all iv got so will use what iv got and do another oil change with 4L of proper stuff shouldnt make a difference short term... i hope

Don't use different grade oils mate.

I would in an old shitter run around but not one of these.

ill change it for proper stuff shortly then as it was all i had available so will get on to opie and get 5L of the titan race

i had to mix oil in my r for a short time, seemed to be ok

ill still be changing it again soon as dont want to tempt fate with it
