camshaft valve bracket and throtle bodies PCV pipes

a friend of mine is in need in emmergency of these things :

If he really needs the PCV pipe system maybe he could bodge something out of piping and some connectors ? From what i can remember all of the sizes are the same apart from the vacuum line that goes to the rocker. So all he needs is 6mm silicone pipes, three way connectors and a way of connecting a 6mm to whatever the large pipe is that runs to the rocker which is i think is somewhere around 10mm

he wants genuine items....

especially the bracket is highly needed, anyone?
