Just a quick post to say I have had great success repairing a very badly gouged bumper top and coating it with a textured spray. This is the bumper from my crashed car.
For those that don't have access to or don't want to use 2k paint for health reasons then this aerosol produces a very good finish, a bit rougher than standard, like 400 grit sandpaper, but I would say the colour and overall finish is spot on. It is textured bumper spray by HB body, available in black and light grey. Other brands and colours are available but don't know what they are like.
Appreciate it's not standard but unmarked bumper tops are getting extremely rare these days, I was very happy with it and I don't like to deviate from standard on the body if I can avoid it.
A couple terrible pictures below.
