Big thanks to Johnny

Don't normally thank people but have to on this occasion   

Had Johnny working down my gaff today, he just offered as was down South picking some parts up from various people then said he would come over to me and make the tea, clean up stuff or whatever not wanting anything for his troubles.
He's down tomorrow too and at sprint day on Friday

Anyway I thought I would abuse the privilege of having him here so would see what he could do anyways
Fixed my snap on compressor which hasn't ran for over a year, well chuffed about that  
Fixed a dodgy window mech in Colin's skyline
Fixed the central locking
Fitted new plugs
Made tea
Changing a dashboard tomorrow and fitting a stock inter cooler to a pulsar
And no doubt il find many other bits for him to do

No whining or moaning very impressed with what he's done

Any of you guys up north who need stuff done, go see Johnny and you'll get a top job done at a non ripoff price

Leighton i have lost all his tools and some in my pockets. Left all stuff slack on the car. George come back all is forgiven   

No sad or stupid probably both but love working on cars and mainly R's 

Lets just say as women present on the forum i wish the girls up north were as tight as that pully on colins car but bob making the right tool for the job mk2 version and persistance payed off nothing would beat us

Right my turn and its not a post for the forum to look good or to brown nose its a genuine big thanks to both bob and clair for everything. clair for looking after me as always like a secon mam and her cooking is spot on always stuffed afterwards.

second massive thanks to bob for everything inc advice and putting a lot of trust in me with his business , tools cars etc more in the third part. I hope I achieved what I set out to do which was be a help and not get in the way. seeing first hand how busy he gets and nothing is to much trouble, he is busy someone turns up and before you know it time has flown by then phone rings ,then getting a part from store's the time just goes no where

third but most important how these cars are more than just a lump of metal
known bob a long time now had some great laughs at tracks ,pubs, his house but we only met through these cars and I won't go into details but I am honoured with the trust he put in me while I was down.

met colin for the first time and he might not agree but we hit it off straight away
seen gaz again and got to know him a lot more had loads of crack

last thanks goes to pulsar paul who I have now met a few times was over his house Thursday night and met his dad Friday at sprint day both very nice helpful people

One thing in common we all met through these cars. Now although we have not known each other that long in some cases.conversation was about all sorts inc winding each other up constantly but for all living so far apart and becoming friends through the R's best of all its just taken as banter as if we known each other years

ps my longest post ever I think must add I think I did not let the north down was still up drinking with bob at 6am this morning. my eyes started shutting shortly after. for all he is old bob was last man standing so hats off to you gadge
