i have started a full restoration of my sunny

she look like good but in reality, a lot of work is needed

engine:

- forged Pistons tomei 87mm ( 2044cc instead of 1998cc)
- head gasket tomei renforcé 1.5mm
- camshaft
- fuel pimp walbr 255l/h
- turboback 3" AMperformance but in bad condition, i search a new exhaust
- intake Blitz
- BOV HKS sqqv
- IC Frontal
- ignition wire Worckspec
- oil radiator 16 row with thermostat 80°
- pimping intercooler SILICONE HOOSE


Electronic:

- Plms card, Nistune cartography,
- AVCR
- Wide band PLX
- Manometer PLX DM 200
- EDFC modul for Tein suspension adjust

Train:

- nex gear box:
- gearing Quaife
- clutch Helix

- Silenbloc gearbox Powerflex

the old proprietary was afraid of falling parts. many plastic clamps everywhere !!!  



i start the disassembly   


and cut all the plastic clamp

This car tell me something...did it came from the as de calais? I know someone has built it very carefully years ago with same oz chrono ones...

How is the interior? Plastic ones grey and black? Or electric windows and so on...?

No Air con, like all the french ones!
my first one was as yours, abs, electric windows, and electric mirors.
the one i have now (you can find the thread in the member section too) is like a RB model, so all manual and no comfort things!

I built a wooden stand to move the car

What is the plans here, complete repaint - powder coat -quality rebuild with refreshed parts as needed ?

protect for the rust, clean all the parts ...

it's long because i'm alone to work on this car

Moving along quite quick at moment but for sure rebuild will be slower, enjoy it & hope it goes to plan.
