Over the winter I took my crank pulley off as the outer was spinning on the inner and I noticed the smallest of oil leaks so while it's off I'll change it as it's only a 5 min job and about 2quid. Well just noticed it's leaking a lot worse than before now so that's another bloody job foe the weekend

Bloody pics lol

Make sure the outer edge of pulley that runs around seal is smooth and does not have any hairline cracks as it can quickly ruin a seal.

Run some 400wet n dry round it and inspect it thoroughly  Wink

Also use a Nissan seal as they cheap enough & far better quality thus you only do job once normally :-S think been mentioned before on going genuine seal for less chance of problems ...
