Anti lag....

So with my power fc with launch control set at 4200 rpm it pops and bangs like fook .
But no flames .
Does the pfc launch cut fuel or spark?

I mean a rally type anti lag.
Launch control is a different story.

Cuts ignition rob so quite safe
I've got this built into my new map on the gtr well it's on one of the seven maps installed
If you boost then come off the throttle then lightly back on it injects more fuel on over run which gives you the pops and cackles but nothing on the scale of a real anti lag system

Colin's gtst at the sprint day had bee r rev limiter and that goes off with an almighty crack when you lift off, it's that loud it death ended me in the car park when we left the pub
Basically it just momentarily cuts ignition

Bit like we used to do on the bikes when riding through a tunnel.................keep the throttle open and turn ignition switch off and on again then an almighty bang and flames from exhaust lol

So if it cuts ignition when would it flame? would i have to get exhaust super hot ?

Yeah you need to get it right hot to pop flames, after a good blasting round the lanes dab the throttle on over run and you should pop a few flames out

Only ever seen flames once and that was before i had it mapped last year .
I think i set fire to a hedge   

Ive got pops & bangs mapped in to mine, Only works if your high up in the revs as you come off boost & tap the throttle, Sounds like a shotgun going off & licks some nice flames

But that's basicly as Bob has explained, Retarded ignition on over run with fuel added, But if engine/exhaust is hot then it dous do it on twisty roads for fun as your on & off boost all the time
