I dis agree. My panel hammers have bern used on 100s of bonnets. Very valuable piece of kit, although pointless on carbon of course.

Just collected my dashboard from banbury flocking, very very good service well priced and very quick turnaround highly recommend

flocked dash is a dashboard covered with a fabric or painted with a weird paint with fiber inside??

Flocking is like particles of fabric electrstaticly charged sprayed onto what ever. Common in wrc cars to stop sun glare from dashboards

Productive day today, wired in apexi avcr (not mounted yet) installed centre gauges, installed hazard switch as it did not have one, finished spraying interior black, installed roll cage
Over the next couple of weeks theres alot to do including fitting my 3071 (just getting rebuilt atm) install new bucket seats and harnesses (waiting to be delivered) and a few other parts

Looking really good mate, where did you get the cage from?

How do you flock the dash

I got the roll cage from gtirjames off the for sale items on here and i got the dash flocked from a company called banbury flocking just off the m40.
I will find more pics from when i collected car but i have put alot of time and money into this and its starting to look how i want, by the end of november i hope to have running and ready for mapping. Just waiting on parts etc atthe mo

The seats were from poland fred, rallyshop they are called. We use these seats in a couple of cars and the comfort is so good and reletively cheap in comparison to some seats.
Over the next 2-3 weeks this should all be complete i hope just having my 3071 rebuilt then off for mapping

No i don't believe thats true mate, my friend has a k24 civic eg producing 339hp n/a that we built this year with these seats and went nurburgring end of august and no problem at all mate, my 3071 will be with me on wednesday which is good nearly fell over when paid haha.

It is quick full track set up it is, its the uks fastest n/a honda runs 11.0 no nitrous up santa pod, mine will be once all done mate eventually haha, want to get done and enjoy before blowing up on circuit haha
