Hi folks just thought id post up some pics of my R, only had it a few weeks and love it, starting to feel a bit slow now but id rather keep the reliability, it came with a few mods on it and intend to add a few extra goodies of my own Smile let me know your thoughts and any advice on some good power mods that wont break anything Wink

Mods:
Toyosports FMIC
Greddy air filter
magnecor ignition leads
groupe A fuel pump (so i was told but no proof)
turbo back mongoose exhaust with silenced decat
Exedy organic clutch

16" oz superlaggera alloys
Front FTO twinpot calipers with grooved discs
GAB adjustable suspension 35mm

Prosport gauges
nismo gearknob

still a bit paranoid about putting my foot down as i broke the clutch after 2 weeks of owning it Sad but all good now after a hectic time getting the box off which i dont fancy doing again for a good while lol

love the R in white shes looking good i know you said about a front splitter but what about a nissan/nismo bumper guard they look pretty cool on the pulsars too and bob has 1 for sale if you were interested i would have bought it myself only it would because of my front mount Sad

I'd prefer the bumper guard over the splitter - and the bumper guard also serves a useful purpose. Smile

Stick with the silver wheels, I think it looks great.

thanks all, the car off the road just now, gonna need a few things for mot but added a laguna splitter which looks great, but a quick question, i couldnt get the splitter to fit tightly round the corners of the bumpers, any ideas how you get them fitted perfectly?

its just a case of lining it up so it runs to end of bumper, fix the ends first then work your way toward the middle.
either rivet them on or you can use self tapping screws if you wish

yeah i worked from the centre out, maybe take it off and try again as i just cant get it twisted enough to line up on the corners, totally transforms the car, had a little go with a porsche carera 4s and i think he was stunned when he couldnt pass or even catch me, chuffed, what a machine these little things are Laughing

so i aint updated this in a while as ive not really had the funds spare to spend but things are alot better now so time to do some stuff on it, i done the 1 bar loop which was a bit of a nightmare and just got these today so this will be my next mod pretty much brand new with new ferrodo pads. they are huge! will be sending them off to be painted brembo red with brembo logos to replace the aston martin. expensive job but i think it will be worth it once they are done and fitted
