Brake Fluid

Will be looking to flush my brake system as I've had the car over 7 years and never replaced it  
Question is what is the best fluid to put in? (dot 4) We sell this comma one at work:

Exactly what i used in mine mate think i used about a 1ltre and half iirc but i did bleed it through a couple of times as i changed my brake lines for braided ones ....

Brake fluid is probably one of the most overlooked service parts you get yet one of the most important .... i always do mine when i get a car as you never when the last time it has been changed .

I tend to use the castrol race stuff high boiling point, as has been said always seems to be overlooked, when I changed all lines and braided hoses on the zx used about 500ml

Yeah mine has definitely been overlooked. Think you are supposed to change the fluid every 2 years? You do with the stuff I work on but it only ever gets changed if there has been a leak.
