Paint

Hey guys anyone got any idea how many litres of primer and paint it would take to paint an R?

Thats a hard one to answer .... depends on what kind of paint your going to use .... plus laquer plus hardner are you spraying it in a booth and so on is a benefiting factor to it all ... it wasnt that long ago mr concrete gtir did his ... maybe worth asking him mate . I would be intrested myself as i want to do mine after i finish the other one .

I won't be doing it in a spray booth, think ill be using 2k paint I'm thinking if much isn't wasted then 2.5 litres should be fine as it only took 3 to do my 300

What percentage was you using on thinner and paint mate ?

I didn't spray the 300 so not sure but do know he only used 3 litres

Thats not too bad then i remember reading somewhere about getting shed loads more thinners for cleaning etc .

Not sure tbh I'm going to speak with a mate that paints in a day or so so will let you know what he says

hi mate it will take you 2.5 litres to paint your pulsar that is one dust coat and two heavy coats, 2k primer you will need 2 litres off .
