Is it worth it? My 16 row one leaks and can get a 13 row one for free off my mates mini.
Only running about 260hp (1bar, fuel pump, exhaust)

yes a 13 row will more than suffice tom
you only need bigger for a lot of track stuff really.
in the winter you shouldnt need one at all tbh
