stock number plate clips

If you unscrew the plastic screws from the front bumper, you are confronted with two small clips which clip over the bumper plastic and provide a thread to screw the number plate into. Mine are totally rusted. After some replacements and wondered if this was something you can by in Screwfix or something!? or any suitable alternatives anyone knows about?

I belive the are called speed clips .. eBay is your friend
