I couldn't put ppg gear set into a week oe casing suicide for gear set so had casing made to stop this happening

Why did you go to all that effort and then not upgrade the bearings. More thought required.

With spur gears you dont have to, they generate no axial forces and should be strong enough.

Yes there are no axial forces so why run a taper.
30mm/62mm/20mm
Std NSK HR32206C Load 48,700N RPM 8,000 oil
Upgrade         Load 57,000N RPM 12,000 oil
Now what RPM are your bearings doing with the different gear ratio?
As i said more thought required.

Fron the uk and looking to max out gtx3584rs gen2. casing has oil feed port at bearing to pump in cool oil

Somewhere around $4000-$5000 last time I asked
It's been used, but is still in good condition.

Some people take comments the wrong way when they have spent a fortune .constructive criticism is a good thing tho even if you have missed or not bought the right bits
