I would give a better decription of what your after mate. What is the cooling panel, where does it go on the car?

Only part I know of cooling panel was the ones made to fit onto slam to direct air. Fits over the bonnet latch area

Could be one of those panels which has 2 fans on it they did on eBay for aloy rads but who knows im interested to know lol
