Taking into consideration that I am at the time in which I am thinking on how to build a proper flowing manifold for my car......please tell me if an Honda Style radiator will fit the car and I will not have cooling issues?

I am thinking on making a sidewinder manifold which shall have the shortest intercooler piping.

The radiator shall be thick ....like 60 mm or so but mounted on the left side (as you look from the front of the car)
Somthing like this but on the other side.

And the manifold shall be something like this ones.

So....with this style of manifold I will have the best wastegate setup and the best boost control!

Thinking that there are a lot of EVO guys who do this.....and don't have overheating problems

Should be ok as long as make effort make rad size big as possible with new design constraints & airflow to it good .
Standard single core JDM rad proves good enough on some high power cars & track use so with extra thickness you should be close to single core ability or better. Change to an electric pump could also help improve circulation flow thus reduce temp if did find issues with temps.

I have seen one used on a gtir but never got any use well a small test drive not enough to tell you the results. I think of the whole thing ie aid oil cooling of engine with oil cooler get as much air to the rad decent fan on it. I think it would be enough

The bigger the rad the more water it holds the better cooling it will be . I had one on my Evo rs it wasn't on there long then I binned it no good for track use but if you can make one fatter but small it will work but then you will upset the balance of the car

Balance is no a big issue, the turbo being more offset to the aposing side will help & setting up corner weights will also will be useful.
Is also possible to use 2 rads in series allowing a possible L shape for example & increasing fluid capacity & cooling.

It will work just be considerate to cooling when doing the manifold design.
The bigger surface area you can keep for the rad the better really & I would try aim for closer to 3/4 of original rad length to be sure cooling going be decent.

Ahaaaaaaaa.

I will build a custom one than!

So ...who will be interested in my big core original size radiator? Smile)
