Donnington park

Had a result this week, friends has invited me to donnington for the day as one of their clients (fleetmatics) has invited him to a trackday they are offering. We get to go out with the driver for a few laps in their seat Leon fr eurocup race car and then in the afternoon after some simulator practise we get to go out on track driving ourselves in a Leon fr (not the race one though) but looking forward to going round donnington and for free can't complain.

So if anyone happens to be at donnignton tomorrow (Friday) let me know

Have fun mark that's a lovely track, but very slippery in the wet which I guess it is today

So far so good. It started spitting a little bit but soon stopped so dry track. Been out for a few laps and must say what a track. The eurocup car is as expected and although can only run 3/4 throttle due to noise limits its rapid. But the brand new cupra fr280 is so impressive out of the box, handling and brakes are spot on. Have 3 more sessions this afternoon.

Also I'm currently top on the racing simulator lap time board

its a track id like to do, will put that on the list for next year. good to see your having a good day Mark
