Funny how for the right reasons I could punch and kick the f++k out of another person and walk away and not give it a second thought.  yet yesterday I put my dog of 11 year down and I not ashamed to admit I cried my eyes out. Think the last time was my grans funeral 2 year ago. But basically you never get 2 the same and he was a great dog patterdale terrier. So all you pet owners never take your pets for granted as nowt lasts forever but there a miss that's for sure

I know what your saying Johnny, many animals far outweigh some of the sorry examples we call humans. I feel your pain, ive said goodbye to many loyal pets over the years but will always have another as they fill a void in our lives.

Sorry to hear that johnny .... its not nice to have to go through ... as been there myself its so easy to get attached and become part of the family so course it hurts when the time arises in these situations and a tough call to make ... but better than see them suffer mate ....

same here Johnny, feel your pain mate, had to do the same to my 12 yr old staffy about 2 years ago now, as you cried my eyes out such a loyal dog, he'd do anything you'd ask of him to please you, loved him to bits. Staffs get such bad press, when in the wrong hands they can be bad, but so can any dog, granted he didn't like other dogs, but he would stay away from them. still got my English bull terrier (shovel head as Clare says Laughing ) but shell be 12 this year Neutral

So sorry to hear Johnny Sad and you hadn't of cried I would've questioned what kind of person you are ! Like you say human beings give us a reason to be angry and make us wanna punch fuck out of them whereas pets are more companions more than anything ! Hope you feel better soon
