Think it was winter 2012/3 when I did the back ..
But gonna do the same to the rear as I've done to the front.

Gonna strip all the rear and paint the floor .
Not gonna bother undersealing the underside as it's gonna be a dry weather car

Looks ace mate, have you links with ADR Motorsport? Used to know Andy Blair & Chris years ago well 1999.

Loving the Evo tent thumbsup

Engine was built by ADR in 2006 ish . Had the full treatment . Fully lightened /balanced + polished and ported things matched to each other etc they called it blueprinting .. but to fully blueprint an engine can cost 20k. it didn't cost 20k . From memory it was about £3600 in labour and machine shop costs . I supplied everything needed I.e pistons , cams ,rocker stoppers , new timing chain etc .

Allot of this is what helped it make such good power on a standard turbo .

The evo tent is awesome . Pulsar will get one once it's on the road and not in need of any work

So what are people's thoughts on the Pcv valve ?

If I take it off and blow through it it opens . Its not stuck and one way valve works fine . I've removed all the bits that allow it to feed into the plenum . So what do I do with the valve?

Also the breather at the other end is it okay just feeding that into a catch can?

From what I have found mate the following is best if you want to remove pvc like I have.

Replace the pvc (bit that screws into rocker) with a hollow one, I had a spare from one of my oil catch cans with same thread or punch the middle out of your existing pvc. Then pop a filter on the end of it and let it vent to atmosphere or to a catch can.

On the right hand side of the rocker its best to keep it going back to your turbo inlet induction piping as this will draw the gases out of the engine and recirculate. Leaving it just going to the catch can will stop the draw from the inlet and I guess leave more vapour and gases in the engine making it "breath" heavier.

Also I have read its important to keep the oil restrictor which runs from the t peice to the oil seperator.

I will go take a picture of my engine bay in a bit to show you as explaining via words is hard!

I just have it running to the catch can and then to the inlet which helps catch any vapour rather than it running back into the turbo. I just need to esure it doesnt get too full and risk sucking it in!

This is exactly how I've done mine. I removed the pcv valve and plumbed that outlet straight to the catch can aswell. I've also read that restrictor is very important, people fill their catch cans up very quickly without it. I can't fit the oil separator on with my turbo so just used a hose to the T piece and made a restrictor out of a bolt Laughing

The one that runs parelel to the rocker cover to the top of the oil sperator on the front of the block. That pipe has a restrictor in it :-)
