Rocker arm spring.

Guys,

Just got back from the machinist with my head.

I think that the spring is mounted wrong.
This is how it's mounted now on my head:



If it's mounted wrong please do share a photo on how it should be mounted.

that's right
it will only fit one way and top fits in recess then spring is under light tension by the little clips that lock in place

So ......this is installed corectly?

Looking through the service manual...I found that the spring from the rocker shall be exactly 180 deg from how it is now on my head:(

If you don't think that it has been installed correctly, turn it round 180 deg, i'd agree with you, looking at the image above it does look as though it has been installed incorrectly buddy, but I could be wrong.

I have found some more.
Can someone who has experience please help me....I am not saying that you guys don't have what it takes....but some say it's Ok some say it's not:(

It is correct, here is a picture of mine.

yes as already said.....................it is correct
it only really sits one way, the spring sits in retainer in rocker arm and if there is light tension on it then its correct
as posted above that is correct too
its just a spring bogdan, you must surely be able to see that its fitted correctly without trawling through endless diagrams

I am not being paranoid Bob....i just saw it on the service manual and I thought that they are wrong:)))
