If the ecu on a car is something like a mines that has a set memory, and after it's fitted its advisable to get the fueling checked as everyone I think would agree. What do they do to alter it if it needs altering obviously?? Thought the ecu sorted the fuel out.. Just sat on the sofa wondering!!!!

You can alter fuel pressure with a adjustable regulator if you buy one but i think its more of keeping the boost at a safe level the ecu can cope with some cars will run say 1.3 bar others alot less

yep as johnny said really
the ecu is pre-chipped to run at a certain level which is normally 1.1-1.2 bar
but on some cars you may have excellent ignition system and fuelling to cylinders in which case you may get away with running 1.4 bar safely yet other cars might only hit 1 bar and start leaning out if theres a fuelling or ignition problem

only way youll find out for sure is by getting car on rollers and getting afr's checked and boost set accordingly
