My cars

Here are the cars i own at the moment none of them cost me alot to buy as they all werent in the best of shape when i bought them but i have slowly been doing them up over the years painting them and fixing what i can. The only one that did cost a bit was the golf but it was cheap back when i bought it 5 years ago hope you like ;)there all still works in progress but slowly im getting there.

cheers stu i dont have the space haha two are on my nans drive one in my mums garage and the caddy i drive everyday to work so thats at my house. Its a shame they dont all get used but i cant afford to tax and insure them all im just hoping one day if i ever do sell one or two of them i make some money but parting with them is gonna be hard

Well not much to report on the r so thought I would show sone progress with the other projects.

I've hadt the 13x8 alleycats on the golf for 3 years now only been to one show but I fancied a change from the small wide wheeled euro look, I've now gone for some 16's Audi winter wheels fully polished and redrilled to 4x100. On the golf scene 16's seem to be the new in size and I had been waiting for these to come up



The r5 has had a few changes i now have a standard bonnet sprayed Matt black for the time being and I've sprayed the centres of the wheels black but I am in process of selling them they are 14x8 rsl cults I have taken the body kit if the turbo to paint back to original black as that how it should be on the phase 1 in electric blue
Found no rust under the kit at all which I was chuffed about as I bought it cheap so was expecting a bit sone where as you do with 5's but nothing

They are all lovely but I especially like the Renault 5

Nice polished rims! Do you have some pics mounted on the car?

If you look for r5 parts, i can help you as many friends of mine have some...

Ditto fred my brother in law has loads of spares including engines gearboxs looms etc .

Have to say best things you've done to that golf, the small alloys look stupid imo, the Audi wheels look great polished up  
Wish I had been able to get my caddy on the road when I had it

I bet you did, was it the bleed valve that did that to them, too much boost  My friend has a lovely red A reg Renault 5 Turbo, will try and dig out the pics

Yes called being young & turnig the boost up every now & then  Damn bleed valves... Fast at 20 psi tho  

There is a lot you can do to them these days tho, If you get the fueling spot on then headgaskets arnt realy an issue anymore

Nomad what parts has your brother got left over if you could find out that would be awesome.

Fred the main couple of parts I'm after at the mo are the hard to get phase 1 front grille and phase 1 front seats if you know anyone with them that would be great.

Also not got any pics of them mounted yet Fred ill get done for you though

well sold the white caddy and the audi tt and picked up my new caddy at the weekend, really couldnt get on with the tt very nice cars just boring i like older cars. i really like my old caddy but the old 1.6d engine was such a tractor really good on fuel but wanted somethign with a bit more poke just for cruising etc

cheers guys, fred i sold the tt out right then wanted to sit on the money till soemthing came up and the right caddy popped up just at the right time im loving the turbo diesel in the caddy so much poke and cruising is just a dream now
