parts info due to complete idiot on this site
I would just like to clarify something on here with regard to parts we send out and our terms and conditions on return parts. as some complete and utter idiot on this site has decided to take court action regarding this
terms are clearly stated on our website at www.gti-r-us.co.uk
if we send parts out and they are not fit for use i.e damaged or the like then providing the said parts are returned to us then we will refund for them!

weve been in this game a long time now, sold thousands of parts to many many people worldwide and i know every trick in the book, but this twats really got my goat so to speak as ive never had the pleasure of dealing with such a complete tool in all my life

in the case of 'said idiot' on here, he has failed to return parts to us even after a refund was offered but instead told us to send courier to collect the parts which I will not do under any circumstances until the parts have been checked by ourselves.
reason being is that on numerous occasions we have had people return their old parts trying to get their money back.......in other words trying to pull a fast one over on us which I do not take kindly too.
all the parts we send out carry an invisible or marking of some description in order to stop this kind of thing happening

please those that don't know take note of this as I would rather do without your custom than have to answer to complete and utter idiots like the guy in question, wasting my time and his filling out court summonses for literally a few quid

I actually feel like naming the twat so other sellers are aware of his antics and can choose whether they wish to deal with him or not.

I had even offered him a refund then he went all schitso on me saying he will take court action even after I offered him the refund

If you have refunded the money then hes got no chance of court proceedings and just result in him having to pay court fees of last time i remember is about £90 for small claims ...if he even gets that far ..... some people just are idiots full stop

the reason i ask people to return the goods is so we can check the marking we put on items to make sure they are not sending old items back to us which has happened before on numerous occasions.

if the items are genuinely the ones we sent out then we do offer a refund
but despite this he still deemed it necessary to take court action and not return the goods we sent which makes me think the scumbag is trying to pull a fast one on us which makes him nothing more than a thief.

Name and shame so he/she cant do it to anyone else...

parts were £70 bob and the funny thing is he paid via paypal so if he felt i was trying to get one over on him all he had to do was let paypal take it up in their kangaroo court lol.

reason hes not done this is he knows the parts hes claiming for are NOT the bits that we sent to him which is why hes failed to return the items to us to check

if we were dealing with new items that may have been faulty then yes it would be down to us to have the items collected at our expense by our courier as theres no question of liability but its a whole different ballgame with secondhand parts as people can and have sent there old faulty parts back to us hoping to get a refund on them so why should we pay to have what could possibly be their old crap returned to us!!!
this is where trust comes into play and weve been in this game since 2005 so must be doing something right or we would have no customers left to sell to lol
